stunning views of the Bay of Naples, efficient transport links, quirky decor
Navigating the hotel can be a frustrating experience with multiple uneven levels!!! The lack of English-speaking TV channels is a disappointing oversight, limiting entertainment options during downtime. Improving clarity on shuttle schedules could significantly enhance guest experience!!!

The stunning views of the bay and neighboring landmarks made my experience exceptional. Each meal was well-prepared, with the foire gras standing out as a true highlight. However, navigating the hotel can be tricky due to the multiple levels, and the air conditioning seemed inadequate on warmer days. The beach, while beautiful, was a bit of a trek, and the shuttle service timing wasn't always convenient.

My honest journey to loving this
The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with arrangements and details, ensuring our stay was hassle-free. The location was perfect, close to a train station, making it easy to explore major attractions.
One downside involved navigating multiple steps within the hotel, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Additionally, air conditioning issues caused discomfort on warmer days, requiring attention.

Stayed in a Classic Triple Room for three nights. The room was clean and comfy with beautiful sea views from the balcony. The terrace area outside was a nice touch too! The mattresses were great for a good night's sleep. However, the shower was on the smaller side, which might be a tight fit for some. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with lovely aesthetics and cleanliness really standing out.

Stunning views and great staff!
Just wrapping up our 3-night stay. Loved the breathtaking views of Vesuvius! The staff were super friendly, especially Fabio who always checked in on us. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight with fresh omelettes. Just a heads up, the room shape was a little odd, but the comfy beds made up for it.
